The 3rd General Assembly Meeting of the AREANA Synergy MoU Group (ASMG) will take place on 10 September 2025, in The Hague. The eight Signatories of the AREANA Synergy MoU will meet to continue the implementation of Synergy solutions developed within the AREANA project, including preparations for the upcoming “JoinED Call.”

Format: In-person meeting with an online guest session (Lighthouse Project Workshop)
In addition to project updates, the Signatories will also discuss the strategy for expanding the ASMG at the national, regional, and European levels.
A key element of the meeting will be the AREANA Lighthouse Project Workshop, running from 13:00 to 15:30. In this session, the AREANA project will present several focus areas to the MoU Signatories, with each topic introduced in a short presentation (approx. 5 minutes) followed by an open discussion. The topics will include:
- Strategy – long-term perspectives for cooperation and growth
- JoinED Calls & Twinning – opportunities for joint activities and collaboration
- Call Administration – processes for managing upcoming calls
- Infrastructure – strengthening interoperability and technical support
- Data Sharing – approaches to enable secure and effective exchange
This workshop format is designed to give Signatories a structured overview while also allowing time for exchange and discussion on next steps.
