Warsaw, May 2025 — At this year’s highly anticipated Aerodays 2025, the EU-funded AREANA project marks a significant milestone in European aviation research by the successful launch of the “AREANA Synergy MoU.”

This new Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) is designed to foster sustainable synergies and deeper collaboration within the European Aviation Research ecosystem.

The AREANA project is set to play a key role in the major upcoming Aerodays 2025, Europe’s leading event for aviation research and innovation, taking place in Warsaw, 7-9^th of May.

AREANA WP1: “R&I Aviation programs synergies”, is thrilled to share its feature in the March 2025 issue of the European Aerospace Science Network (EASN) newsletter.

AREANA is dedicated to advancing European aeronautics research by developing and implementing innovative methodologies to enhance international cooperation. As part of this mission, AREANA is launching a Framework Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to offer interested countries an opportunity to engage in and shape these new cooperation models.

Brussels, December 10 – A dynamic Joint Info Session on Funding Synergies and Networks was co-organized by the ECARE project and Clean Aviation Joint Undertaking with SESAR 3 JU, and it brought together key stakeholders to discuss the future of European aviation. The event aimed to foster collaborations and focused on exploring synergies between European and national/regional research and innovation programs in the aviation sector.

The AREANA Project, a pivotal initiative in shaping the future of aviation research, is proud to announce its feature in the latest issue of the EASN (European Aeronautics Science Network) newsletter.

We are happy to share that the joint AREANA WP1 and ECARE session which took place in the frame of the 14^th EASN International Conference on "Innovation in Aviation & Space towards sustainability today & tomorrow" was a success.

We are pleased to announce that the AREANA-WP1 has been featured in the EASN newsletter’s latest issue!

The second part of the AREANA International Research Cooperation Option Development Workshop took place in Brussels from June 10th to 12th.

AREANA project had the pleasure of participating at this year’s ILA-Berlin Pioneering Aerospace event, which was held on 5 – 9 June 2024.
