- Achieve greater Harmonization and Synchronization of research strategies of European, national, and regional providers of research funding.
- Ensure a more intensive international cooperation in European research.
- Evaluate the IT-tool provided by ECARE project and propose possible adjustments for optimal European, National and Regional R&I cooperation.
- Develop a “growth plan” for midterm improvement of initial cooperation models to further optimize European research funding cooperation.
- Include EU countries without own dedicated aviation research program, as well as non-associated countries with interest in participating in Horizon Europe.
- Increase the resources available for research.
- Strengthen the cooperation in aviation research with friendly nations outside the EU.
